sheryl w.Nov 12 2007I like how you used apple sauce instead of sugar...as long as the apple sauce doesn't have loads of sugar and preservatives itself. I think pure apple sauce is a great way to sweeten anything!Reply

Kristy V.Mar 1 2008I will be looking further into the comment that "egg yolks have long been shown to reduce cholesterol, not increase it"- If anyone has links to show the research for this I would love to see it. (I could finally eat more than 2 hard boiled eggs a day- my favorite snack!)Reply
