brad c. Aug 6 2007 I cant beleive that woman put applesauce in the brownies. I'm mortified. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
Shez B. Nov 12 2007 It is a total myth that taking the yolks out of the eggs are good for you. In fact, the egg and the white work together symbiotically, counterbalancing each other. Egg yolks have long been shown to reduce cholesterol, not increase it. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
sheryl w. Nov 12 2007 I like how you used apple sauce instead of sugar...as long as the apple sauce doesn't have loads of sugar and preservatives itself. I think pure apple sauce is a great way to sweeten anything! Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
Kristy V. Mar 1 2008 I will be looking further into the comment that "egg yolks have long been shown to reduce cholesterol, not increase it"- If anyone has links to show the research for this I would love to see it. (I could finally eat more than 2 hard boiled eggs a day- my favorite snack!) Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
