It is good to be reminded of how poorly animals are treated. As a vegetarian that actually kinda likes the taste of meat, it is sometimes important to remind myself why I don't eat it. And the longer it goes, the less I miss it.
Jesse C.Mar 21 2008I forget that we treat animals not much better. A friend was emotional over a puppy being killed for the camera by a soldier, why? My thought, the soldier is demonstrating that cruelty is cruelty. Are we desensitized to needing newness? Evil hasn't left out anyone.Reply
