Eastern Healing - Emotional Freedom Technique

A proven method known as Emotional Freedom Technique that neutralizes stress and negative emotions of any kind. Based on Eastern Healing principles. Anyone can do it in less than 5 minutes. It balances your energy (your Qi) which then balances your mood and your outlook. Repeat multiple rounds of the 8-Points until you feel better/balanced again - usually within several minutes.

Larissa Jun 21 2007 I turned to a doctor that offered this healing technique once I had tried anything and everything to overcome a phobia. Within five sessions, I no longer had my phobia and to this day (5+ years later), things are still well. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
Sarah M. Oct 17 2007 I tried the emotional freedom technique and "tapping" once. I really liked it. I suffer from a chronic pain disease called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and I used this technique to help me overcome the fears that I would never be ok again... and I am ok. Stephanie B. Oct 23 2007 This isn't a bad video but it's not the best introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). For one thing, they aren't tapping on all the points used in EFT. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message

Stephanie B. Oct 23 2007 Third, it is not necessary to tap both sides at the same time. Finally, she's hitting the wrong spot on the collarbone area. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
Stephanie B. Oct 23 2007 EFT, by the way, is not an "Eastern" healing technique, though it does utilize the meridians from Chinese medicine. EFT was invented by an American guy and former engineer, Gary Craig. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message

sheryl w. Oct 23 2007 EFT is a great way to solve issues relating to fears and phobias. In fact it can help with any emotional problem. It is actually a very Western form of natural medicine as it comes from America. It is simple and profound. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
Larissa Oct 24 2007 Stephanie thanks for your comments. This video gives an example of the technique I used and worked for me. These were the point used and it didn't involve repeating a statement. Reply | Write on Whiteboard | Send message
