This isn't a bad video but it's not the best introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). For one thing, they aren't tapping on all the points used in EFT.

EFT, by the way, is not an "Eastern" healing technique, though it does utilize the meridians from Chinese medicine. EFT was invented by an American guy and former engineer, Gary Craig.

EFT is a great way to solve issues relating to fears and phobias. In fact it can help with any emotional problem. It is actually a very Western form of natural medicine as it comes from America. It is simple and profound.

Stephanie thanks for your comments. This video gives an example of the technique I used and worked for me. These were the point used and it didn't involve repeating a statement.
