Eric J.Jan 19 2008This is an awesome workout. Who doesn't have 8 minutes to give to their abs? Do it daily and you can sustain the progress. The other 8 min workouts are good too. Every minute invested in your health is well worth it and won't be regreted.Reply

Kristen D.Jan 19 2008...something to get me REALLY focusing on my abs. When I saw that Eric in the recreation community had commented on the original 8-minute ab video, it reminded me immediately of a conversation I had with a former roommate, who swore by this video. I'm going to give it a first try tomorrow!Reply
