Hi! I'm dealing with a gluten intolerance and inability to digest dairy. My gaol is to be able to find meals I can eat without feeling sick afterwards. I am having lots of problems with my diet, even though I am eating gluten-free foods. I just want to feel normal again. I'm tired of food hurting me. That's why I'm here. Refuge!
