Super and short worded post as I have to leave for survey at 5am tomorrow!  Yikes!  Hopefully we beat the thunder storms!!!

Breakfast: 1/3C oats w/ frozen banana and raspberries w/ a tablespoon of chopped walnuts.

Lunch: Double Protein Arnold’s bread w/ cucumber & tomato diced and mixed w/ sun dried tomato pesto; side of apple and blackberries

Lunch Dessert: Pumpkin Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bread and more Chocolate chips. :D

Dinner: Brown rice, broccoli, corn and Garlic and Pepper tofu
