Without words for a while….

Hi all, I’m signed up for a Health class to stay current for my major. The instructor requires us to write a Daily Health Journal for the next 30 days that includes all of the following:

  • nutritional information (what you ate during the day);
  • stress reduction techniques that were useful;
  • physical activity;
  • how you are feeling for the day;
  • and any daily suggestions to yourself.
  • Summary of what you learned

I want to insert some pictures of my food, but I have to have it on a website first. I figured this would be the best place to add my personal pictures of my food. So, for right now they’ll be just pictures with random text from here on. If I have time to write, I will. I have a huge school workload right now, so I hope you all understand. <3 <3 <3
