Wholesome Chow Cooking Club

Join us on Tuesday nights for an evening of choppin’, slicin’, and chattin’!

Each event we will feature a different menu of healthy, wholesome and delicious vegetarian-friendly meals using fresh, local and organic ingredients from the Farmer’s Market!

All gatherings will be facilitated by Professional Chef Veronica Rains and include cooking instruction followed by a gathering around the table for some chowin’ and chattin’.

Our intention for these engagements is to create community, learn new ways of spicing things up in the kitchen, and leave with a menu you can recreate for your family and house guests.  Make new friends and learn some new skills at the

Our first event will take place on Tuesday, January 12 starting at 6:30pm.  Here’s the menu:

Fresh Cherry Tomato and Kalamata Olive Bruschetta

Polenta with Roasted Red Pepper-Tomato Sauce

Romaine Lettuce with Tahini-Parmesan Dressing

Sauteed Curly Kale with Lemon and Garlic

Vegan Heavenly Spiced Chocolate Muffins

Suggested Donation: $20 (includes instruction, printed recipes, and 3-course buffet style dinner)

All events will take place at a comfortable, private home in Los Osos, CA.

Please make sure to RSVP for each event by Monday @ 2pm for us purchase enough groceries for everyone!  Directions and details will be sent via email to you at that time.
