Which is more "whole" of a food?

I'm considering going vegan. But, I want to focus on whole, natural foods. Which have more chimicals non-dairy dairy products or organic dairy? In turn, what is better for the health of my family? Thank you.

Dairy, according to an incredible amount of research, is poison to the body. Check out my blog post on the Dairy addiction for more information. 

Try organic almond milk for a dairy substitute and there are a lot of quality "cheeses" and other dairy alternatives out there. Just be sure to read the labels of everything.
