Seitan is a great source of vegan protein- low calorie and I think one of the highest in protein out of meat alternatives.
If you consume dairy, fat free Greek yogurt is really versatile- tons of ideas on my blog (
www.insideiamdancing.wordpress.com)- I usually sweeten it and add it to fruit and cereal. Most have around 12-15g protein per serving.
Have you tried tofu? So many things you can do with it- I buy the kind already cubed, marinade in salad dressing and throw onto a wrap or pitta for lunch. You can buy soft tofu and blend with banana, ice cubes, soy milk and strawberries for a delicious smoothie.
