Vegetarian Tips - The 4 food groups

Fruit is good for you. Eat at least 3 servings of fruit every day
Legumes for protein. Add 2 or more servings of legumes each day - such as beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, soymilk, tempeh, and texturized vegetable protein
Veggies daily. You need at least 4 servings of veggies daily
Whole grains not refined. Include 5 or more servings of whole grains in your daily diet
