If you are trying to go veggie but having a hard time with it - start small. Cities were not built in a day. It's pretty easy to set the goal of going veggie for a week - that way, you can buy your groceries around it and give it a try for a week. There's not much difficulty in that, because you know it's only going to be for a week. Keep a journal and log how you feel day to day. If you find that it really wasn't hard for you, try another week. If it was difficult, try going every other week for 6 months. You might be surprised how easy it is, and already, you've cut your meat intake by three months. Do a year and you're already looking at 6 months without it. See... anything is possible... |
