Soy rocks!

I just read a recent study that found eating soy nuts throughout the day keeps blood pressure and cholestrol levels low. The best benefit came from eating a few nuts at a time throughout the day. I'm sure there are other healthful effects too, but they only focused on those. Soy nuts are also great to ward off snack attacks for unhealthy food like potato chips, because they're also crunchy and tasty!
