Sago (Sabudana) - 1 cup Potato - 1 Green chillies - 3 Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - a few Coriander leaves - a few Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Soak sago for 2 hours in warm water. Drain and wash. Dry on kitchen tissue for 1 hour. Cut potatoes into 8 pieces and microwave for 8 minutes. Cool and mash potatoes. Add sago, finely chopped chillies, curry and coriander leaves and all other ingredients. Flatten and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with chutney or sauce.
