Pasta salad

Ingredients

Spiral pasta - 1 cup
Zucchini / cucumber - 1
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Spinach leaves - 1/2 cup
Chick peas (channa) soaked overnight in salt water - 5 tbsp
Juice of half a lemon
Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Method

Cook pasta with a little salt and drain. Fry zucchini/cucumber and carrot with a little salt and chick peas for a minute. Add cooked pasta. Add spinach and lemon juice. Toss in the olive oil. Serve with yogurt or any dressing of your choice.
