Lazy weeknight dinner

On those evenings when I just don't feel like cooking, I always keep a few Tasty Bite Indian meals in the cabinet. They cook in less than five mins (although i do usually make rice to go with them), and are so flavorful, vegetarian, and healthy. They can be found for about four bucks a pop at Berekeley Bowl (Whole Foods might have them, too), and they serve 2...perfect for my boyfriend and I. And, they are only about 150 calories per serving, not including the rice. I have tried several of the flavors, and they've all been good.
