I don't think Paramahansa Yogananda ever advocated skinny over chubby or vice versa. I doubt he was as interested in the shape of one's body as he was in it's strength and overall well being. That been said, I think he was pretty healthy in that sense considering he could sit in the lotus posture and meditate for hours and do the exercises mentioned in his lessons. I believed he coined the term "propereatarian" to drive his point home. :) x
