I am concerned about many health issues. I want to cut meats, poultry and dairy out of my diet. I have already fell in love with soy milk and been able to mostly give up cheese...except on that slice of pizza the ohter night! (oops)
I would love some advise on starting my new life as a vegetarian (I will still occasionally eat fish and eggs)..
I am not fond of fruits..but love veggies. I have terrible hypertension, lactose intollerancy (just discovered) and I am expecting. I am also on a fixed income and have to prepare meals for people who will not be joining my new diet. How can I start today? Thanks ~Heather
