Good vegetarian sources of omega-3 are dark leafy greens, walnuts and other nuts and seeds, flax seeds and oil. Chlorella or spirulina, hemp seeds and oil, avocados, and soy are also great vegetarian sources of these healthy fats. The best part of getting it from these sources are you are not only getting heathy fats but many other essential macro- and micronutrients.
