I woke up this morning with a raging stomachache so I didn’t even eat breakfast until 10.30. Of course, it doesn’t help that I now start work at 7am instead of 8am like the past few months, cause bird time is actually Standard Time. Freak’n daylight savings time.
Anyhow, I eventually got around to eating a banana a bit later, and then an apple and pb.
Lunch was my leftover avocado w/ some tomato and cucumber slices on the heal of my 12 Grain Nature’s Pride Bread. And then I had three carrots and hummus on the side.

As the afternoon drifted away I snacked on a Gingerbread Clif Bar …oh how I love holiday flavors!
I did bike ride to and from the tower today and some strength training, but only very little as my leg was a bit soar hurt from yesterday’s 10 miler.
I watched a movie and talked to some friends online and finally settled on dinner (the epitome of a college students diet) beans mixed w/ salsa on top of spinach on toast, and a kiwi. Cheap!

Talked to the parents and another friend and had a nice snack to get me through the night: Cereal and a small apple. Yummers!

Sorry so lame and boring! I’m in a blah mood today…and yes. That is all.
