It is diffucult to interpret one single value. It would be more useful to get the overall picture interpreted by your MD. A high urea can mean a lot of things, but unless your looking at other lab values, it is meaningless.
There are a number of reasons that can raise the level of urea in your body. First and foremost reason is that you must be having too much proteins in your diet irrespective of whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian. Secondly, if this is not the case then there are possibilities that you do not drink enough water. And last but not the least it may be due to your kidney not functioning properly. So, it would be better if you consult a good doc on this and get the urea levels down as soon as possible.
