Wheat flour - 1 cup Ripe bananas - 1 large Walnut (broken) - 1/2 cup Raisins - 1/2 cup Honey - 1/2 cup Canola oil - 1/2 cup Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Method Sift flour with baking powder and baking soda. (I repeat it a couple of times). Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit). Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a hand blender. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes (if a toothpick is inserted, it should come out clean).
