A lone Ranger?

Posted by Amy R. Patient Expert

Is anyone here a vegetarian with hubby and kids meat eaters? Are you cooking seperate meals for them and you? I'm almost a vegetarian, considering diving in all the way, but my husband says "No way". I'm the primary shopper and cook. What are your solutions?

Personally I don't find this a struggle. I'm mostly a vegetarian, meaning I will eat chicken on occasion, but my husband is a meat eater. I find it possible to make one meal and just add the meat to his plate. I'm also not too picky about meat touching my food, so if you cut the pieces large enough, it's easy to pick around.
