I am a 71 year old(young) retired teacher, the mother of 3 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. My home is in London,ON, Canada, but I spend time in Seattle and Buzzards Bay, MA. About 6 years ago I went vegetarian in response to a health diagnosis, then this summer tweaked the vegetarian to vegan. I LOVE this way of cooking and eating. But going to friend's homes for dinner is becoming a problem. Any ideas?
