Master Cleanse

Has anyone tried the Master Cleanse (lemonade fast)?  I did it last week for 4 days and I am going to start again on Tuesday for 10 days?  Would anyone like to join me?  If we could get a group of people together and all do it we would have so much support!  It is a great way to jump start your diet.  Some people lose up to 25 pounds in ten days.  Now of course some of that you will gain back when you start eating solids foods again, but a lot will stay off if you stick to a healthy, low-fat vegan diet.  I lost 6 lbs. in 4 days and haven't gained any back.
