Use as much of the following as you like:
Fresh organic strawberries
Fresh lime juice
Herbamare or sea salt
Dice, chop, mix, taste, and adjust.
Wild rice & mushrooms
Soak the wild rice for 24 hours then drain and refill - soak another 6 hours then drain and test - if it's palatable enough for you - it's ready to eat.
Rinse the rice well – then add chopped mushrooms and toss with strawberry salsa.
