WHAT VEGETARIAN FOODS CAN GIVE ME ALL THE VITAMINS AND MINERALS OF FISH?

What vegetarian foods can give me all the vitamins and minerals of fish?

When I told my physician I am a vegetarian, he stated it’s fine, but that should eat fish once a week just to get some extra minerals and vitamins. He stated especially since heart disease and osteoporosis run in my family, I should eat fish for the phosphorus and the omega fatty acids. I know I am being difficult, but I do not want to give up my ethics. How can I replace fish?

Fish has Omega 3, which you can take in form of Flax seed oil.
There is not anything else in fish that you cannot also get in a balanced vegetarian diet.
