I’m 14 many years old close to 5’5 and about 120 pounds.
I’m also a vegetarian. I am seeking to loose some weight but not a lot.
Just to tone and to eat healthier. I cannot seem to locate a vegetarian diet program strategy so if you could assist me out with some ideas or data that would be wonderful.
