What is a very good vegetarian diet program for my cross training and running?

I’m six foot three inch, 235 pounds and I have gained about ten pounds of muscle mass from January but I have not too long ago began an exclusive vegetarian diet plan. I want to replace the chicken and fish that were in the diet program, searching for about 3 thousand calories a day. Any recommendations would be very beneficial, many thanks in advance.

You will require iron for operating that beets.. eat some raw ones regular also spinach and beet tops too. Eat much more fruit than veggies. Fruit is what truly replaces meat. do not forget nuts,
seeds, grains, cereals, beans.
Fake meat recipe from Burker King 14oz Canned pumpkin, add in Soya sauce, oatmeal, wheatgerm and mix collectively.. you can kind into balls or make patties and even sausages with the mixture. For fake
Sausages there is an further step roll in cornmeal or gelatin unless U want skinless sausages then U do not want to do the extra step. Cook the fake meat item in oil. If you use the balls in spagetti much superior taste if U dip them in oil they do not require to be precooked as the water will cook them with the spagetti!
