I blogged about Vitalicious nearly a year ago ( HERE ), and I had sort of forgotten about them. BUT, it was as if they knew! Because guess what email I opened yesterday morning? I am getting all of my Dr. Fuhrman Eat to Live recipes printed out (I have a ton, so I’ve been trying to pick out the ones I think I’ll actually use, but I just printed out 38 pages!). I’m going to put them in a neat little binder and come up with a meal plan that hopfully corresponds fairly nicely with the rest of the family, and implement asap. I got a FitBook, and today is the first day for me (Yeah, I know it’s the 2nd and not the 1st, but I’m okay with it, so any OCD readers… it’s okay…. really!) hehe. I took my measurements and starting weight and all that jazz.
The Fitbook is a 12-week exercise/food log/diary/planner, and I like how it is set up. My goal for the end of the 12 weeks is 140 pounds OR fitting in a size 8/10 (because for me, I would much rather be in an 8/10 even if my weight is higher, so it’s an either/or thing to me). I’m currently 172.8 pounds and in a 12/14 depending on the brand/fit (I’d say more 14s than 12s though). My 12-week goal as far as exercise is just to be consistent!!! My nutritional goal is to eat more greens!!! My goal for THIS week is to be 170.0 pounds.

I had a good New Years Day yesterday – went to church in the morning, then went to my Uncle and Aunt’s house and had a good time with family.
