See how easy that is?
I'm making a big batch of my New Year's Day Black Eyed Peas in honor of Mardi Gras! I'll be subbing red beans for the peas which I pressure cooked already. I am really loooking forward to a big bowl of this spicy goodness!
Finally, I have some really exciting news! I will go into more this week, but this summer, I will be embarking on a CROSS COUNTRY VEGAN ROAD TRIP!! I am going to drive from New Hampshire to Portland where I will be speaking at Vida Vegan Conference ! I plan on checking out the whole country to see if I want to move! Of course, I will blog all about it and will be setting up cooking classes and photoshoots along the way! I am super stoked!
