Vegan Falafal

I have recently started making home made falafal.

In a bowl, combine organic chick peas, raisons, a date, basil, garlic, some chili pepper, and vegetable stock.

With a hand held blender, blend them all together.

Roll them into balls and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with a large salad with lots of olive oil and lemon juice.

Delicious!!
