Two Minute Movers

Hey heyyyy! Friday tomorrow folks! Don’t you just love that Friday feeling? I still love it even though I’m on maternity leave :-)

Soooo….this morning I fed my little man and then promptly headed over to YouTube to do my first Two Minute Movers video.

I tried the sumo squat workout and loved the quick burst of movement that this brought to my morning routine. It left me feeling energised, positive and more focused. I think these two minute bursts of activity are such a great idea as they set you off on a healthy path for the day :-)

I also sampled a pot of Golden Syrup Quaker Oats . Two words – PANCAKE DAY! Back in the day, my go-to pancake topper was a drizzle of golden syrup and a squirt of lemon juice . These oats were a delicious reminder of days gone by and brought a smile to my face :-) The pots are great to take to work and are also good for those who are counting calories or watching their portion sizes. Will I have them again? Yes, definitely. In fact, I can see Phil and I stocking up on them when we go on our next camping holiday :-)
Tomorrow morning…..I’m thinking oats and abs :-)
