I have been making the most delicious vegan, raw breakfast. I soak linseeds, hempseeds and almonds in water overnight with a dried fig. In the morning, I add a banana, raw chocolate nibs, and blueberries.
Then I blend it all up with a hand held blender and some more water. I might add some agave necter, or if you aren't a full vegan you could add honey.
It is almost like an oatmeal....Absolute delicious!
