My Thoughts: I love this equipment. It allows me to stretch while working my core at the same time. The tool came with a short booklet with some of ab moves and stretches that you can do using TendoFlex. I use this after my runs or other cardio routines. It really helps my muscle to be pain-free the next day.
My friend also got to try this tool. She isn’t very flexible to start with but after few days of using the TendoFlex, she started to see the difference in her body. She wasn’t as stiff as she used to be. She said she feels much lighter and better when she wakes up in the morning. Now, (whenever she comes over) she goes for my TendoFlex. Perhaps, I should get one for her birthday! =]
