Spaghetti olive pesto salad with tahin lemon and garlic dressing

I'm always looking for another excuse to use tahin. This is a wonderful spaghetti salad with a tahin dressing. I used half whole wheat and half white spaghetti this time. In the spaghetti salad are small pieces of red paprika (raw), steamed broccoli, and pumpkin seeds toasted first in a pan with a little salt. I also added these wonderful organic pesto olives. Yum!
For the tahin dressing crush garlic with (Himalaya) salt in a pestle and mortar. Add a little rich full tasting olive oil and some pepper. Now add the tahin and blend all the ingredients together, adding lemon juice and water to thin the dressing.
