Chocolate layer

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Peanut butter layer

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup soy milk

Mix both batches in separate bowls and mix well. Pour the peanut butter layer into a greased breadpan first followed by the chocolate layer.

Bake for about 15, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
