Recipe for Vegan Mac & Cheese

This recipe for vegan mac & cheese is so simple that you may wonder why it didn’t take longer to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 

3-4 cups of cooked macaroni

4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons powdered soy milk
1/2 cup of plain soy milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to hot, drained macaroni. Stir well. Measurements are approximate, use more or less depending on your tastes and amount of macaroni.
