Add in spices, vanilla, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup and continually mix until all is well blended and oatmeal has a thicker, creamy consistency (or it has the consistency you desire)
Remove from heat and spoon oatmeal into a bowl, garnish with pumpkin seeds and remaining maple syrup!

Want to make this recipe even easier to prepare, simply use a microwave. Mix together water (or milk) and oats and heat for one minute, (oatmeal should still have a liquid consistency) add in the pumpkin, spices, vanilla, and syrup and thoroughly mix. Microwave for an additional minute and there you have it your super delicious breakfast prepared in less than 5 minutes, now there’s no excuse for missing out on the most important meal of the day!
