Last day I will have to blog from my phone! Being out of town for work these past few days has me thinking about keeping up with your exercise routine while traveling. You can still always find ways to exercise. Of course most hotels have a gym you can work out in, but there are still other alternatives. Instead of using your rental or public transportation, you can take a nice brisk walk to your destination. You can also do many exercise moves in your room as well; squats, calf raises, push-ups, tricep dips and ab work are examples of things you can do.
So there is never a need to abandon your exercise routine when you're away. Be imaginative and find ways to stay active while traveling!
