We all share the vegan lifestyle together. Yet, the details of our diets, spiritual beliefs and practices, fitness choices/levels, daily activities, family routines, etc. all vary.
And then, there are the "new" things. A new friendship or relationship, school starts, new job, kids join a new team or club, etc. We need to give room for these to find their place and be at home in our lives.
I'm finding that in all of this we can still find our unique balance. We can come to that place where we flow. We will still have a few bumps and hurdles, but we can find that flow. We have to take the time to sit and look at it all and find what we keep doing and what we let go of...not letting guilt steer our choices.
There is so much peace after the pain of letting go. We've had to go through this process the last few months. Letting go is hard, but the things we let go of gave us more breathing room to pursue what we're passionate about in our spiritual lives, relationships, activities, and causes.
I find my flow in my relationship with God and the vegan lifestyle - focus, clarity, and purposeful direction. Where do you find yours?
