I’m gonna be honest with you…..I feel like crap! This morning I arrived at work feeling not quite like myself. Quite frankly, all I wanted to do was go home, curl up on the sofa and watch chick flicks all day. Instead, I stayed put but proceeded to throw up several times and struggled for the best part of an hour, as the room continued to spin around me I was so glad to walk out the doors today!
Due to my less than desirable energy levels, I decided to give then gym a miss and headed home with my man to cook dinner. For him, I actually cooked some meat and for me…..
