Looking for Vegan Salad Dressing Recipes

Making a vegan-concious change day by day :) working on my salads right now!

Blueberry Dressing

Ingredients – makes 1 cup of dressing, can double ingredients for more portions

  • ½ cup of Frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup of agave
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Wash blueberries (if fresh)
  2. Blend blueberries, agave, vinegar, pepper, soy sauce till smooth
  3. After ingredients are blended into a smooth liquid, set blender on slow speed and slowly drizzle in the oil to emulsify the oil.
  4. Serve on salad
Also great to dip fruit in!
