I know I’ve mentioned KT Tape before, but I wanted to do a full post about them. KT Tape stands for Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape. It’s “Synthetic elastic sports tape for pain relief and support. Prevent Injury. Recover Faster. Play Harder.”
They come in packs of 20 pre-cut strips, and I think any athlete, weekend warrior, or someone with aches and pains would benefit from having these in your arsenal just in case you need them. They’ve come in real handy for myself with my back pain - some times it would be really hard to make it through an all-day event, but if I slapped one of these strips on, I had noticeably less pain. It holds extremely well, is comfortable, and while it is easier to have a friend help you apply it to your skin depending where, it’s not impossible to do yourself if you have to. Mine came in black, but as you can see, they also have lots of fun colors to suite anyone (8 to be exact!)
