Kenzoil is a wonderful product that combines extra virgin olive oil with fresh herb of basil and garlic and spices.
Kenzoil is a delicious blend of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fresh garlic and spices. Use Kenzoil as a salad dressing, dipping oil, pasta sauce, marinade and much more. Kenzoil is also great on sandwiches, stir fry, eggs, veggies, etc.
Kenzoil is wonderful because it is all natural, raw, vegan, dairy&casein free, gluten free, nut free, low sodium, no preservative, no sugar, and kosher. It is definitely a healthy alternative for any sauces or dressings. Because it is a fresh product, it needs to be refrigerated. Because of the high quality extra virgin olive oil in the product, Kenzoil will sometimes solidify in your fridge. But after putting under running warm water for 15-30sec, it liquidizes. Or you could simply leave it at room temp for 15min or so before using it.
My favorite use for this product was as a dressing for my salad. Since I usually eat my salads raw sans dressing, I never bothered to buy any sauces/dressings ever. But I seriously got addicted to this stuff! I love the garlic and basil. You can never go wrong with fresh herbs, I promise!
I also tried it with quinoa salad. After cooking quinoa in the rice cooker, I simply combined 1tsp of Kenzoil along with various chopped veggies. Voila! It was delicious! Simple and healthy meal =)
Tomorrow, I am planning to roast my veggies with Kenzoil. I know it’s going to be fantastic!
