This was a great week for swimming for me. I really feel like I’m making a lot of progress in the water from where I was when I started 12 weeks ago.
I took it a little easier on the running to give my knees some time to recover. They’re feeling a lot better. Thank goodness for ice and compression.
This weekend’s triathlon was a really good way for me to gauge where I am and what I need to work on. I am going to focus a lot of my time on the bike for the next couple of weeks. Not only to build my endurance but to build my confidence on the bike as well.
