So it’s 12.30am….yes, I’m definately a night owl….luckily I have the day off work tomorrow so I can sleep a bit longer in the morning I’m snuggled under my duvet as I type this post, in fact, I usually blog from the warm cocoon of a fleecy blanket or dressing gown – I like things to be all warm and cosy in these wee hours
It’s officially Monday morning. The start of another week and the start of my vegan adventure. I’ve wanted to commit to a vegan lifestyle for several years, after a 6 week spell of veganism left me feeling better than I’ve ever felt. Since then, dairy has had a tendency to creep into my diet, primarily in the forms of cheese and milk. Well…I’m gonna see how things go without dairy for a while. If I start dreaming about cheese then I may have to resign myself to the fact that I’m a vegetarian born and bred When out with my man earlier today, I picked up a couple of great finds. The first, some vegan choc drops, will no doubt come in handy when the cookie monster strikes and the second, a Peta recipe book, will be great for quick and easy meals Can’t wait to try some out!
Anyway…I guess I should try to sleep! Until tomorrow
