I'm sorry it's been so long since I last posted. Things have been nuts around here lately. Our landlord mercifully paid to have our bathroom remodeled, so that's kept us out of the house (away from computer/kitchen access) quite a bit. I gave my old laptop to my mom, who is without a computer right now, so no blogging in front of the tube or outside while my little one plays. And, mostly, I've just been held up by an almost two-year-old cutie pie who doesn't like to let me cook. I almost threw in the towel on the blogging business altogether last month! But then I realized that I missed it - missed experimenting in the kitchen, missed taking pictures and posting new recipes, missed all of it. So, I'm back.
I will definitely not be posting as frequently as I was before. But I'll be doing what I can, when I can. So, don't give up on me. I'm still here, still hungry, and ready to keep on bloggin' yummy vegan recipes for you!
(The picture above is my daughter, Lila. And she's the primary reason you haven't heard from me in a while.. But, hey, she's totally worth it! And, don't worry, she'll start missing my cooking too, whenever her tortilla chip obsession finally fizzles out...)
In other news, I happened to notice that the Wholly Wholesome website posted a love letter I wrote to them. I hate that most people only write companies to complain, so whenever I really like a product or service, I will write a letter of compliment. I just think it's a nice thing to do.
