Between the bread layer, I put in fresh organic figs as my “spread” and A LOT of fresh basil leaves and green leaf lettuce. After toasting the bread, it was perfect!

The bread had SO MUCH flavor with a touch of honey. The first time I opened the package, the aroma of fresh sweet bread filled the whole room! It was soft and melty in my mouth. Of course, after being in the refrigerator, the soft texture was gone. However, toasting the bread solved everything. Toasted bread provided wonderful crunchy texture.

I really love their short ingredient list too. It is all organic and natural.

Alpine Valley also makes cinnamon rolls, granola, tortillas, pastries, muffins, croissants, foccacia, and baguette loaves as well.

What is your favorite brand of bread?

I definitely love my mom’s homemade bread but if I have to pick one, I would choose Ezekiel Sprouted bread! YUM!

P.S. Sorry for not posting the giveaway tonight! There was a misunderstanding with the company so I will probably post the giveaway once that gets settled! Thanks for understanding and your patience!
